Within ECA’s Higher Education division, we own and operate three undergraduate and postgraduate degree-awarding providers; APIC, CHS and HELI, delivering affordable, accredited programs in high-demand fields. With established campuses in major Australian cities, active research capability, and strong student mobility potential, this portfolio is on a pathway to becoming a university college. For a Brand Manager, this is a rare opportunity to shape and grow three distinctive education brands at a pivotal moment in their journey, bridging the gap between affordability and prestige in higher education.

The Brand Manager is responsible for assisting the Head of Student Acquisition (Higher Education) in developing and executing marketing strategies to recruit and retain students from international and domestic markets. The role focuses on building a strong brand proposition to attract and retain students and build long-term trust in the brands.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner Engagement & Approvals : Build strong cross-functional relationships internally with stakeholders from all three institutions; manage the approvals process (ECA & regulations) for all marketing activity.
  • Marketing Planning & Strategy : Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan; apply student and course insights to shape go-to-market strategy; manage the brand style guide implementation.
  • Brand Execution : Oversee the creation of templates, creative content, collateral, website, and social media assets; manage campus branding, signage, and student materials.
  • Recruitment Support : Deliver B2B2C agent materials; B2C direct recruitment campaigns; manage digital campaigns (email, WhatsApp, social); support lead nurturing, conversion activities, and recruitment events as required.
  • Data & Insights : Track campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment outcomes.

As the successful candidate, you will ideally have :

  • Excellent written and verbal English with strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
  • A positive, forward-thinking, and engaging personality.
  • 5+ years in marketing roles, preferably in education, with proven experience in B2B2C and B2C environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships at multiple levels and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success in managing marketing projects end-to-end, delivering outcomes in full and on time.
  • Experience creating purposeful content for websites, social media, email, collateral and events, including video productions.
  • Experience in monitoring campaign performance, analysing results, and optimising for outcomes.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoho, Canva, SemRush, Microsoft 365, and other marketing platforms.
