JOB DESCRIPTION
- Synthesize and analyze information from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and dangers
- Partner with various teams to identify key information gaps and plan to provide that information
- Collect data through interviews, surveys, web search, database search, or other methods
- Perform requirements analysis and creation / documentation of requirements
- Provide documentation of performance appraisal reports and key performance indicators
- Lead and manage the project requirements according to the project timeline and business requirements
- Provide technical and business support to the project team and stakeholders
- Analyze consumer needs and technological developments that can be developed to meet consumer needs
- Conduct review and tests on technology and product development
- Work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions
- Other tasks that may be assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Management, Economics, or related fieldsA minimum of 5 years working experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably in banking and financeKnowledge and experience in the risk management processExposure / experience in the regulation process of banking / financial institutionsPreferably have experience in core banking projects, core banking regulation, and banks regulatory reportsExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsHas the ability to influence stakeholdersAdvanced technical skills including applied mathematics / statisticsExcellent project and report documentation skillsFundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skillsExperience creating detailed reports and presentationsHas a track record of following through on commitmentsExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsExperience leading and developing top-performing teamsHas a history of leading and supporting successful projectsExperience working with core banking, payment systems, and billing systems is an advantageBENEFITS
