The Role

As Sales Director – Enterprise Sales , you’ll take full ownership of Zentara’s cybersecurity enterprise sales strategy and execution. This is a senior, hands-on role for an enterprise sales leader who can build scalable pipelines, land flagship accounts, and drive consistent revenue growth within regulated, security-critical industries.

You’ll design and implement Zentara’s end-to-end sales lifecycle — from market mapping and prospecting to deal closing, account management, and expansion. You’ll work directly with Zentara’s leadership to translate complex cybersecurity and defence solutions into enterprise-ready value propositions.

If you’re a senior enterprise sales operator who thrives in strategic, high-stakes environments and can lead multi-party deals across diverse industries, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales Strategy & Pipeline Development

Build, implement, and continuously optimize Zentara’s enterprise sales strategy of cyber security and intelligence services & producs, its processes, and reporting frameworks

Identify, pursue, and secure high-value opportunities across multiple sectors including finance, telecommunications, healthcare, and digital infrastructure

Develop scalable pipelines through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and partner channel development

Deal Structuring & Negotiation

Structure customized proposals aligned with client risk management, data security, and compliance needs

Own deal negotiation from initial engagement through to contract close

Design and operationalize Zentara’s enterprise sales cycle — from lead qualification and solution positioning to technical coordination, proposal management, and post-sale expansion

Maintain real-time opportunity tracking, pipeline forecasting, and quarterly sales reporting

Account Growth & Client Relationship Management

Build strategic account plans to maximize client lifetime value, retention, and cross-sell opportunities

Foster strong, trust-based relationships with client executives, procurement teams, and technology leaders

Continuously map market opportunities, competitor activity, and enterprise security trends

Provide actionable insights to the CEO and Product teams to refine market positioning and product roadmaps

Qualifications

Must-Haves

6+ years of enterprise sales experience, with 2+ years in cybersecurity software sales

Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals (IDR 3B+ or equivalent) in regulated or high-value B2B environments

Experience managing full-cycle enterprise sales operations, from pipeline building to closing and post-sale expansion

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken

Exceptional executive communication, proposal writing, and deal-closing skills

Highly Preferred

Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, Zero Trust frameworks, and enterprise risk management

Other SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software sales experience

Existing network within Indonesia’s fintech, banking, telecommunications, or logistics sectors
