Uraian TugasEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Brevet A & B certification required; professional certification (CPA / CA) is an advantage. Experience : Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting, or tax, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Prior experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, or consumer goods is strongly preferred; exposure to toys, collectibles, or lifestyle products is a plus. Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of PSAK / IFRS and Indonesian taxation; experience handling high-volume transactions (retail / e-commerce); proficiency in accounting / ERP systems (Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Soft Skills : Proven leadership and team management skills; strong analytical ability with high attention to detail and integrity; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Language : Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage. Work Style : Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail distribution / startup environment with dynamic processes. Location : Willing to work onsite (WFO) at Soho Capital, Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat.

As the Indonesian arm of JASON TOYS, JASON Indonesia is building its presence in the collectible toys and IP-based merchandise market. We’re seeking a FAT Supervisor to establish solid financial and tax foundations as we expand.
About Us :
JASON Indonesia is a distribution and promotion company specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) products such as collectible toys, character merchandise, and trading cards. We partner with leading toy retailers and online marketplaces, headquartered at SOHO Capital, West Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily finance activities, including cash flow, payment processing, and collections.
- Monitor expenses, cost allocations, and profitability analysis across products and distribution channels.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with sales and operational targets.
- Accounting & Reporting – Ensure accurate and timely posting of high-volume retail and e-commerce transactions; oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing; review and prepare financial statements, management reports, and margin analysis.
- Taxation & Compliance – Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.); supervise the preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax reports; coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and tax authorities when required.
- Internal Control & Audit – Implement and monitor internal control procedures, particularly related to inventory, discounts, and promotional spending; support internal and external audits and ensure timely follow-up of audit findings; lead, train, and supervise the FAT team to ensure accuracy and efficiency; provide mentoring to build capability in retail finance and taxation; act as the main point of contact for finance and compliance issues.
