Financial Planning Manager

Uraian TugasEarn an Accounting Degree (S1) from a reputable university; MM / MBA is a plus. Have 8-10 years of working experience in Financial Planning / Management Accounting, preferably in a multinational company. Possess good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask, be a self-starter, proactive, and a good team player. Willingness and ability to meet tight deadlines. Good command of English, both verbal and written. Able to operate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA or Microsoft Access is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities :
- Produce timely and accurate financial statements, including Annual Budget, Strategic Plan, and Monthly Forecast.
- Review monthly actual results versus Budget, Forecast, and Last Year, providing commentaries.
- Build strong communication with budget holders to ensure awareness of responsibilities and alignment of actual results with the budget.
- Distribute monthly spending (expenses) versus budget to all Department Heads, including variance analysis, commentary, and remaining budget.
- Provide financial support to the Commercial and Operations Team in terms of business projects.
- Prepare financial reports on an ad-hoc basis.
- Stay updated on business, industry, and economic developments to enhance the quality of financial services provided.
