Uraian TugasThe role will be responsible for updating monthly A&P report actual and forecast. Help providing analysis on the variances. As well as managing manual A&P work. This role also will oversee all processes related to A&P spends and ensure all purchase orders (PO) are planned, processed, executed, and closed on time. This role is to reconcile the logistic report and sales report to detect (if any) discrepancies and ensure accuracy. This role supports the end-to-end sales planning, sign off and the Annual Operating Plan. This role supports CARM review in the Commercial Area Conduct thorough analysis of market data, sales trends to identify patterns, opportunities, and challenges. Gather relevant data from various sources, ensuring valid, accurate and complete. Analyse data using statistical methods and data visualization tools to extract meaningful insights. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform business strategies. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and analyse their impact on key performance indicators. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align insights with business goals.
