Production Supervisor

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

Basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering, with familiarity in operation improvement, action optimization, process improvement, and the ability to promote improvements.

Lean production thinking, strong execution ability, and mastery of related knowledge.

Good team management, coordination, and communication skills, with at least 5 years of team management experience.

Proficiency in English; Mandarin speakers preferred.

Excellent expression, communication, and leadership skills; capable of working under pressure.

Job Responsibilities :

• Implement and oversee enterprise production safety systems, conduct regular safety inspections, control key processes, eliminate hazards, and prevent accidents.
• Organize and execute production plans, ensure quality and quantity, and implement cost control measures to reduce costs.
• Develop staffing plans according to workshop development, report for approval, train employees, and lead a stable, motivated team.
• Establish and enforce workshop management systems, manage employees effectively, and promote 5S management to create a good working environment.
• Analyze daily production data, seek improvements, enhance efficiency, analyze cost consumption, and develop operable cost control strategies.
