Finance Manager

Overview

Daily Accounting : Responsible for handling company finances, overseeing related activities, and performing routine financial management tasks.

Report Management : Responsible for business financial data analysis and decision-making, financial statement accounting, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of report data for use as a basis for data-driven decision-making in business operations and management.

Budget and Analysis Management : Responsible for the company's budget, analysis, forecasting, and other financial management tasks. Conducts analyses and forecasts on the company's operational capabilities, profitability, payment capacity, and sustainability to support business decision-making, ensure strategic implementation, and enhance overall business efficiency.

Tax Coordination : Oversee and manage the company's tax planning and administration, standardize tax-related processes, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Fund Management : Overseeing the company's financial management, cash flow, annual budgets, and providing effective recommendations and solutions for expenses and costs.

Job Requirements

• Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher, with majoring in finance, accounting, taxation, or related fields.
• 5 years of work experience, at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce financial management, preference for familiarity with financial processes of platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Proficielint in the overall accounting of e-commerce enterprises and familiar with local national tax policies.
• Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit, works diligently, is steady, reliable, has integrity, takes responsibility, possesses excellent communication skills, and collaborates well with others.
