Position Overview
The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing all pre‑sales projects that are customer related.
Responsibilities
- Bridge the communication between Sales and Support Team
- Ensure all processes of the customer’s requirement are executed smoothly
- Provide full reports on all projects’ progress
- Create Cloud Topology, architect solutions, and handle assessments converted to Project
- Lead kick‑off meetings and track on‑going client‑related projects up to completion and documentation
- Learn new technologies related to cloud and virtualization management, migration, and deployment
Requirements
Years of proven responsibilities as a Project Administrator engaged in the IT sectorExcellent understanding of hardware, software development and web technologiesStrong experience in IT assessment, topology drafting, and solution formulationStrong experience in operating Linux and Microsoft Operating SystemsStrong experience in deploying and managing GCP, AWS, and AliCloudStrong experience in operating Hypervisors (HyperV, VMWare, Proxmox, XenServer, LinuxKVM, Virtual Box)Strong experience in hosting area (platform management, domain, and migration)Strong experience in data center area (technical, remote hand, monitoring)Willing to be placed in Jakarta (hybrid working environment)Seniority level
