Uraian TugasRationally allocate resources and schedule production to ensure production targets are met and follow up on work order closures. Improve workshop material turnover, control production costs, transfer frequency, and transfer resource investment while completing production targets. Control and reduce standard time of manufacture by following up on the learning curve for new models, creating and optimizing work instructions, optimizing manpower resources, and improving line balance rate. Control and reduce actual time cost per device by optimizing IDL manpower resources, loss time, and extra time management. Control and reduce low-value costs across the factory by standardizing purchases, evaluating purchases, standardizing scrap, and driving project improvement. Continuously reduce overall cost of manufacture to improve factory profitability through cost-down projects and cross-department coordination. Entry level Full-time Engineering, Strategy / Planning, and Manufacturing Computers and Electronics Manufacturing Telecommunications

Required qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or above in Industrial Engineering
- Fluent in English or Mandarin
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the manufacturing field, preferably in production planning or process improvement
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and logical thinking; fast learner
- Excellent communication skills and strong cross-departmental coordination abilities
- Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Process Design, Project Management, and Business Process Improvement & Innovation
- Basic knowledge of CAD operation and Microsoft Office
- Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
