Uraian TugasProven experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally within a 5-star resort or luxury spa. Certified in Balinese massage and other traditional body treatments. Well-groomed appearance and excellent personal hygiene. Warm, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for guest service and wellness. Strong interpersonal and basic English communication skills to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. Flexible and adaptable to various cultures, work environments, and guest preferences. Willingness to relocate to Mauritius and work in a multicultural, international team. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by resort operations (6 days working in a week). International work experience in the Middle East or the Maldives is a plus! Deliver a range of Balinese and international spa treatments to guests, ensuring an exceptional and relaxing experience Maintain cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas according to resort standards Provide personalized recommendations based on guest needs and preferences Keep accurate records of treatments and update guest profiles as needed Uphold spa protocols, safety measures, and confidentiality at all times Promote spa services, products, and wellness programs when appropriate Collaborate with the spa team and contribute to a warm, professional atmosphere aligned with the brand's luxury standards
