Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in marketing or financial services Proficient in using data analysis tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Excel, and basic use of statistical programming languages Ability to create reports and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading principles, and investment products Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share findings and collaborate with team members Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Flexible and able to adapt to changing project needs and deadlines Eager to learn and take on new challenges; proactive in seeking out opportunities to contribute Understanding of customer behavior and sensitivity to customer experiences Certifications in analytics or marketing tools are advantageous but not required Supportive teammates Private insurance benefits Self development activities that support careers
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will analyze business performance and execute strategies to drive company's revenue and growth. Your main responsibilities will revolve around :
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and support growth initiatives
- Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and customer analytics
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services and product offerings
- Conduct research on competitors and market conditions to support strategic decisions
- Support the design and execution of A / B testing for marketing campaigns to optimize outcomes
