Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement growth strategies to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple brands.
Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to uncover new growth opportunities.
Optimize digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, SEO, social media, and strategic partnerships.
Lead data-driven experiments (A / B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis) to enhance conversion rates and maximize customer lifetime value.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure growth initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of growth campaigns.
Operate innovation in customer engagement through loyalty programs, referral incentives, and creative marketing strategies.
Recognize and grow new revenue streams and strategic partnerships to fuel expansion.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or business strategy, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Excel).
