The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopees buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description :

Develop and maintain strong relationship with Shopees key partners.
Manage the end-to-end bank partnership projects ensuring high-quality results through clear planning and monitoring.
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to define and execute strategic partnership plans, identify new opportunities, and optimize existing collaborations.
Analyze partner performance and initiate improvement projects to maximize business growth.
Manage and archive all partner campaign assets, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent communication.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and above, with 2+ years of experience in relevant field

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties

Proven ability to translate strategic plans into actionable steps, collaborating with diverse teams to achieve objectives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
