Within CIB, Securities Services provides robust and reliable solutions that help clients mitigate risk and enhance their business performance. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of  Staff Tax Securities Services

Principal Responsibilities :

• Review, validate, and maintain Client tax documentation DGT Form and Certificate of Residence.
• Provide monthly report for Client tax documentation status.
• Validate and apply correct tax rates based on Client tax documentation, investment type, and applicable double taxation agreements.
• Maintain tax database in internal system.
• Assist in the preparation of tax reclaim process.
• Identify opportunities to enhance tax processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure the proper tax treatment of all transactions.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and update Clients on relevant implications
