Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Law. Strong understanding of Indonesian law. Prior experience in drafting / reviewing operational agreements and documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and drafting operational agreements and legal documents in Indonesia and other jurisdictions, i.e. Vietnam.
- Providing legal assistance for Indonesian projects.
- Providing legal assistance for day-to-day legal work.
- Collaborating with internal and external parties related to the legal work and scope of work.
