Minimum 5 years of experience in a garment production managerial role. Solid understanding of garment manufacturing processes and quality standards. Proven team leadership and people management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company in the textile and garment manufacturing industry. Our respected client is seeking a Production Division Manager to oversee and optimize garment production operations. The role is based in Indonesia and offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic production team in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage the garment production process to ensure production targets related to quality, quantity, and timeline are achieved.
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure alignment with company policies and standards.
- Manage production team activities including scheduling, training, and performance development.
- Continuously analyze and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Purchasing, and Shipping) to maintain a seamless production workflow.
- Monitor and control usage of raw materials, equipment, and machinery to optimize output and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid production downtime.
- Prepare detailed production reports and present operational insights to senior management.
