Site Expansion

We are currently helping our client, a retail everyday grocery stores in the segmentation of minimarket and conventional store in searching for a Site Finder to help them expand their business while looking at the best portfolio to place a new store of their brand.

Responsibilities

• Suggest as many suitable store locations as possible according to the parameters specified by the company.
• Search in the area defined by the Expansion Manager he / she reports to.
• Find out the contact details of the landlord and contact him directly.
• Gather important information prior to proposal (see also 1 Page store description).
• Confirm available documentation of the property.
• Report any other important matters and incidents to the Expansion Manager as soon as possible.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
