Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves over 11 million clients across many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client base ranges from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels combined with personalized service to offer products such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management, and tailored advice. We also support small business clients with their banking needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, follow up on leads, complete and record appointments, and close customer requests.
- Support clients in meeting their financial needs as they progress through different life stages.
- Build long-term relationships, understand clients' financial goals, and offer appropriate investment solutions to grow, manage, and protect their wealth.
- Stay informed about market trends, new products, and current campaigns.
Our Ideal Candidate
3-10 years of experience in the financial or banking industry, specifically managing Priority clients.Possess diverse investment and market insights to provide clear and consolidated advice to clients.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels.Team player with initiative and assertiveness.Hold AAJI and WPPEP certifications.About Standard Chartered
