Job Description

Responsible for leading the construction team and managing the maintenance of Depok project
Review cost estimates (RAB) submitted by QS staff and supervise construction activities
Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards
Provide direction and advice regarding construction drawings prepared by the design staff
Coordinate with contractors for project procurement and submission processes
Handle technical issues on-site and ensure the quality of work meets established standards

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related engineering field

High conversational English or above

Min. 5 years of experience as Site Supervisor for landed housing projects

Able to perform structural calculations & create construction drawings; knowledgeable about materials, construction methods, and facility installation according to the standards

Experienced in quality control, project budgeting, and schedule management

Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.)

Willing to be placed in Sawangan, Depok (project site)
