Job descriptionActively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and other sourcing channels. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Researching prospects and generating leads. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Requirements :
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in Automotive Industries or Plantations.
- Having a good network with Agricultural Companies.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office specially in PPT and Excel.
- Through understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Goals and targets oriented.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Excellence in communication skills, both in English and Indonesian.
- Able to work independent and with multiple divisions.
- Having good knowledge of trucks and heavy equipment spare parts.
- Having an honest attitude and responsible personality.
