Admin Accounting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin Accounting to join our team at PT Peraga Nusantara Jaya Sakti in our office located in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the company's financial and accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger and tax related documents
• Process invoices, receipts and other financial documents in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of financial information
