TGBS is dedicated to leveraging data-driven insights to enhance our operations and customer service. As we establish our Quality Control / Quality Assurance Division, we are seeking a skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. This role will focus on collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to our operations and customer service initiatives.

About The Role

• Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the firm’s operations and customer service.
• Work closely with the QA / QC department to analyze data related to quality control and assurance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to the management team.
• Support various departments in making data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics activities.
