Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
Prepare purchase orders and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update supplier database and procurement records.
Coordinate with the merchandising and inventory teams to ensure product availability and stock accuracy
Import :
Handle all import documentation including invoice, packing list, BL / AWB, COO, and import permit.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers to ensure smooth import processes.
Track shipment status and update internal teams on delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with import regulations and company SOPs.
Manage and reconcile import-related expenses and ensure accurate cost allocation.
Administration & Reporting :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement and import activities.
Prepare regular reports on purchasing performance, import costs, and supplier performance.
Support internal and external audits related to procurement and import processes.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in import, purchasing, or procurement—preferably in the retail industry.
Familiar with import documentation, customs procedures, and HS codes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Good teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors.
