Account Supervisor Serang - Tecno Indonesia

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to join our team in our Serang, Banten office. In this contract role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and building strong relationships with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role in supporting the growth of our business in the Serang and surrounding regions.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the main point of contact and providing exceptional customer service
• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to secure new clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to clients
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management
• Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the business
