Strategy & Operations

Their Strategy & Operations Business Unit (S&O) brings real results for their clients, working with them as the Real Partner to help them modernize their business to compete in their market. We deliver enterprise transformation in design, people, organization, process and system to bring the real change.

As an Senior Consultant / Consultant within our Strategy and Operations team, you will get exposure to numerous Management Consulting Engagements.

You need to demonstrate strong communication, analytical and logical thinking skills to help understand the root cause of their client’s business problems and recommend optimal business solutions, for strategic business decisions.

As a Senior Consultant / Consultant, you would need to have experience in Business Process or Corporate Strategy Related projects. (Automotive, Consumer Business or Manufacturing industries is a plus).

Within our Strategy & Operations team, you can get exposure to the following services :

Strategy Development, Business Transformation, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Business Process Improvement (BPI), IT Strategy, Project Management Office (PMO), Change Management and Training Strategy.
