Job Overview :
IT Delivery Engineer is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, integration, and delivery of IT solutions to support business operations. This role involves managing end-to-end delivery processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support IT systems and solutions according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technical teams to deliver high-quality IT services.
- Ensure timely delivery of IT projects and enhancements, meeting agreed service levels.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during delivery and implementation phases.
- Maintain documentation related to system configuration, deployment, and processes.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
- Provide support during post-implementation and ensure smooth transition to operations.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, methodologies, and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.2–4 years of experience in IT project delivery, system implementation, or similar role.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and software deployment.Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with ITIL framework and service delivery best practices is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Skills
