The Opportunity

As an  Inside Sales Executive , you will play a key role in driving business growth by converting leads into opportunities, managing client relationships, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. This is a performance-driven role that requires strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a proactive approach to sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance :  Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned markets, products, and services.
  • Lead Conversion :  Manage and convert marketing-generated leads through effective discovery and client engagement.
  • Pipeline Development :  Proactively build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound activities and networking.
  • CRM Management :  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Dynamics ), ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion.
  • Client Engagement :  Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting & Forecasting :  Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Collaboration :  Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of new business contracts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in  sales or customer service , ideally in a BB environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in  CRM systems  and digital sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in  Inside Sales  or  Social Audits sales  is a plus.
  • Familiarity with  Dynamics  and collaborative platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
