Job Description

• Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of new color, material, and decorative technology projects under the guidance of senior team members.
• Research and evaluate new printing and finishing technologies (e.g., pad printing, screen printing, digital printing, laser marking, coating, hot stamping) relevant to decorating injection molded parts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare samples, run printing trials, collect data, and document testing outcomes .
• Execute and monitor secondary process trials to ensure high-quality standards during development and commercialization phases.
• Organize and maintain records of test results, color and print trials, material evaluations, and sample submissions .
• Assist with communication and follow-ups with suppliers regarding decorative processes, printing specifications, and quality expectations.
• Participate in customer feedback sessions by preparing relevant samples, technical reports, and summarizing insights for the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and durability of printing and decorative finishes on injected parts.
