The Opportunity

The Senior Specialist – Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be part of the Finance Data and Automation team. The successful candidate will work on delivering key automation initiatives for Finance stakeholders with the possibility of contributing to AI projects. This requires working closely with Finance users and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand and design high-quality automations and own the initiatives end-to-end. A successful candidate will be a trusted partner for the business who understands the business process and provides automation solutions by re-engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders from different verticals in Finance.
• Consult stakeholders to propose the best-suited automation solution.
• Build, manage and optimize end-to-end automations while ensuring security and compliance.
• Become familiar with Agoda’s finance ecosystem.
• Work with Gen AI technology to deliver efficiency-saving automation projects.
