Job Overview : The IT is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s office IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, hardware, and software, ensuring efficient and secure operations. The role involves providing technical support to staff, resolving IT issues, and implementing IT solutions aligned with business objectives. Must adapt to the local business environment while introducing innovative technologies to improve company operations.

Key Responsibilities :

System and Network Maintenance :

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and network devices.

Regularly update systems with the latest security patches and features.

Monitor network performance, prevent and resolve issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Technical Support :

Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, and other equipment.

Assist staff with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365) and enterprise applications.

Data and Network Security :

Implement and maintain security measures (e.g., firewalls, antivirus software) to protect company data.

Perform regular data backups to ensure disaster recovery capabilities.

Ensure compliance with Indonesia’s data protection regulations (e.g., UU ITE and PP PSTE).

IT Project Management :

Participate in planning and executing IT projects, such as system upgrades, software migrations, or hardware deployments.

Coordinate with vendors to procure hardware, software, or services that meet company needs.

Test new technologies and equipment for compatibility with existing systems.

User Training and Documentation :

Train employees on IT systems and software usage.

Create and maintain documentation for IT system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Promote knowledge sharing to facilitate team collaboration and issue resolution.

New technology and automation solutions

Introduce new technology and automation solutions to the company to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.

Evaluate and implement tools such as workflow management software, cloud-based platforms, or automation systems to streamline business processes.

Collaborate with crossed-teams to ensure new technologies align with company goals and adapt to the operational environment.

Job Requirements : Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications (e.g., HND or relevant certifications).

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.

Experience :

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration in an office environment.

Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems, as well as network protocols and security practices.

Experience with automation tools, workflow software (e.g., RPA tools like UiPath), or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage.

Skills :

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and VoIP systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with non-technical staff.

Familiarity with Indonesia’s local IT vendors and market is a plus.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) for communication with local and international teams.

Other :

Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or on-call duties for urgent issues.
