Job descriptionMelakukan instalasi dan konfigurasi software. Melakukan pengecekan berkala dan menangani masalah teknis terkait perangkat IT. Memberikan dukungan terhadap pemeliharaan aset digital kantor. Membantu pemeliharaan dan penanganan masalah pada jaringan internet. Berkolaborasi dan bekerja sama dengan tim untuk menyelesaikan permintaan bantuan terkaitsupportIT. Pendidikan minimal SMK / D3 / S1 di bidang Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait. Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai instalasi dan konfigurasi software. Mampu melakukan pengecekan berkala dan pemecahan masalah teknis sederhana pada perangkat IT. Memiliki ketertarikan dalam manajemen aset digital dan pemeliharaan perangkat IT. Familiar dengan dasar-dasar jaringan internet. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerja sama dalam tim. Disiplin, proaktif, dan memiliki keinginan untuk terus belajar di bidang teknologi informasi. Bersedia bekerja secara on-site di Rungkut, Surabaya.
