As a director, your main responsibilities will include :

• Leading strategic initiatives and projects.
• Implementing change management strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Providing consultancy services to internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for business growth.
• Overseeing the performance and development of the Consultancy, Strategy & Change department.
• Nurturing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with teams across different departments.
• Staying informed about industry trends and developments.
• Developing solutions with the team to ensure the impactful end to the clients.
• Upskill yourself with the following skills : project management, business development, account management and other topics which are relevant to one's growths.
• Understanding the business, and compiling and presenting all information, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Consulting and managing the day-to-day direction of a client project and to ensure that the project is on track.
• Using insights to problem solve clients' challenges.
