About the job :
Local Opportunities :
- Develop and manage client executive relationships in the banking industry.
- Identify projects that can create value for clients and match with Synpulse capabilities.
- Serve as the point of contact for new local business opportunities.
- Process and manage new business requests in collaboration with the Managing Director.
- Organize initial contacts and follow-ups with opportunities.
- Prepare feasibility studies and propose potential projects to Synpulse management.
- Collaborate with the global sales team to close deals.
- Prepare management reports and sales forecasts.
- Maintain a personal network within the financial industry.
Account management :
Maintain top management relationships with local clients.Act as an escalation point for client concerns.Hold overall responsibility for the success of local projects.Team management :
Responsible for recruiting and ramping up the business development team.Ensure suitable team composition and availability.About you :
University degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.Knowledge of B2B sales strategies.Proven track record in business development and sales within the financial industry in Indonesia, preferably with tier 1 banks and / or insurance companies.Ability to establish relationships with top-level management.Strong understanding of banking, especially retail banking, SME banking; private banking is a plus.Management consulting experience is advantageous.Experience managing presales, RFPs, contract negotiations, and collections.Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills; fluent in English.Why us :
