About the Job :

An opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Manager to join Jumeirah Bali . The main duties and responsibilities of this role :

• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety regulations, and local legislation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and take proactive steps to address feedback.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor department heads and colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
