Urban Planner

Overview

Develop conceptual and detailed designs at the scale of urban areas, townships, or specific developments such as industrial estates, ports, residential areas, and other large-scale projects. Conduct spatial analysis, benchmarking, regulatory studies in line with applicable urban / industrial standards, prepare visioning concepts, and develop phased development analysis. Coordinate infrastructure planning (roads, utilities, drainage, and transportation). Collaborate with engineers, architects, environmental specialists, and government authorities. Prepare feasibility studies, planning documents, and technical reports. Ensure planning aligns with sustainability frameworks and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs at urban-scale for large projects (industrial estates, ports, residential areas, townships).
• Conduct spatial analysis, benchmarking, regulatory studies; prepare visioning concepts and phased development analysis.
