Job descriptionProficient in VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Director, with hands‑on experience in deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing virtualization environments. Hands‑on experience with Ruijie Wireless, Huawei Switches, and Fortigate firewall configuration and troubleshooting. Proficient in configuring and managing core Windows Server services such as DHCP, DNS, WSUS, and WDS to ensure system high availability. 3+ years of enterprise‑level IT operations experience, with expertise in M365, VMware vSphere / Cloud Director, and Windows Server services (DHCP / DNS / WSUS / WDS). ITIL certification, VMware VCP, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE) are preferred. Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure / AWS) or cybersecurity (e.g., Zero Trust Architecture) is a plus. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders. Strong problem‑solving skills and teamwork spirit, adaptable to fast‑paced environments. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. 8+ years of IT operations experience (12+ years for Senior roles).
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, configuration optimization, and user support for Microsoft 365 environments, including components such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for IT operations automation to optimize repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with security teams, network teams, and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues and ensure IT infrastructure stability and security.
