Senior Operations Manager, Fiat Payment

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations across (functions, e.g., business operations, customer operations, risk, compliance, technical services).
• Design, implement, and improve scalable processes and workflows to support growth of the middle office function
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Risk, Tech, Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor operational KPIs, generate insights, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Drive automation, tooling, and system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Act as a key decision-maker for high‑impact operational matters.
