Project Management : Strong ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
Data Analysis : Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to drive decision-making, optimize strategies, and inform business outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
Experience in Innovation : Proven experience in a similar role, successfully incubating and activating innovative projects, including conducting feasibility studies and driving execution.

Job Responsibilities :

Conduct feasibility studies on C-level initiatives.

Manage end-to-end experimentation processes, from ideation through to successful implementation.

Develop and execute activation plans to seamlessly integrate successful experiments into company operations.

Analyze experiment data to gather insights and make data-driven recommendations for scaling initiatives.

Act as a liaison between C-level executives and various teams, providing regular updates on the progress and impact of experimentation projects.
