Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. The role involves preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, coordinating with external auditors, and supporting management in financial decision-making. The Finance Manager will supervise the finance and accounting team, implement efficient financial procedures, and provide analysis to improve cost control and overall financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports; ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support management in financial decision-making.
  • Supervise the finance and accounting team; implement efficient financial procedures.
  • Provide analysis to improve cost control and overall financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or corporate financial management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and budgeting processes.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Professional certifications such as CPA / CA / ACCA are a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the legal services or debt recovery industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Hybrid working system (only 1 mandatory office day per week).
