Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Other key tasks include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales strategies. The Sales Executive will also provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
• Strong market research and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
