Job description

Responsibilities

Responsible for routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of the company’s computer hardware to ensure stable operation.
Manage and optimize the company’s network architecture to ensure efficiency, security, and stability.
Develop and implement network security strategies, prevent cyber-attacks, handle security incidents, and ensure data protection.
Ensure smooth operation of the company’s video conferencing systems, including equipment maintenance.
Coordinate with suppliers to design and propose network and hardware solutions, and provide technical support and professional solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.

In-depth understanding of computer hardware performance, parameters, and installation processes, with experience in hardware maintenance.

Proficient in networking principles and protocols; skilled in configuring and managing network equipment.

Solid understanding of network security technologies; familiar with common cyber-attack methods and defense strategies; capable of handling security incidents.

Good English reading and writing skills; able to comprehend English technical documentation and engage in technical discussions in English.

Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Responsible, diligent, and professional in conduct.
