Melakukan pemantauan businessbudget yang dibandingkan dengan realisasi pencapaian bisnis secara berkala dan bekerjasama dengan unit kerja terkait. Melakukan benchmarkingatas strategi, produk, layanan, indicative nisbah dan informasi lainnya mengenai competitors baik untuk keperluan ALCO maupun Business improvement. Berperan serta dalam menjalankan projectsuntuk perbaikan proses di Unit Usaha Syariah. Melakukan aktifitas pengelolaan bisnis / operasional sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. (Khusus untuk Individual Kontributor). Minimal S1 dari berbagai disiplin ilmu(atau lebih rendah dengan pengalaman) Minimun 5 tahun bekerja di perbankan dan memiliki pengetahuan mengenai Finance, Accounting Syariah, Regulatory Reporting, Kebijakan dan Sisdur yang berlaku pada lingkungan unit kerja dan peraturan yang berlaku dari regulasi Bank Indonesia / Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik Lokasi penempatan : Jakarta Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial and operational reports. Perform provision calculations for trade receivables. Support system operations within the Oracle Finance Modules (intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and lease assets). Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and external reporting standards. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, and finance teams. Strong understanding of reporting and financial processes (preferably with an auditing background). Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced use of formulas and data analysis. Fluent in English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and partners across different countries in Asia. Experience using the Oracle Finance System. Experience managing Fixed Assets or Lease Assets in a corporate environment. Prepare and process payment requests and schedules. Prepare bank slips and supporting financial documents. Create bank journals and manage petty cash. Generate daily cash flow reports. Perform administrative tasks related to purchasing data. Provide management reports, financial performance analysis, and support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Record journal entries for accruals, adjustments, and corrections. Ensure timely submission of statutory reports to management, regulators, and external stakeholders. Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external and internal auditors. Support the Tax Team for tax filings. Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounts are reconciled regularly and with proper sub‑report. Monitor accounts payable aging and manage cash flow planning related to payments. Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support cross‑functional teams (operations, HR, sales) with financial information. Internal Audit & Risk Management Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessments and business priorities. Lead operational, financial, compliance, and IT audits across departments. Ensure audits are performed in line with PSAK standards and internal policies. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Prepare or supervise the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) in accordance with relevant accounting standards (PSAK) Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and reporting obligations. Review general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments. Coordinate with external auditors during year‑end audits and statutory reporting. Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (PSAK) Solid knowledge of internal audit standards and risk management frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Attention to detail and high accuracy in reporting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tool Minimum 6–10 years of experience in internal auditing, financial reporting (accurate system) At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
