Responsibilities
- Conduct, analyze and review requirements gathering from stakeholders to understand pain point.
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure that implementations meet specifications and quality standards.
- Design complex business process and data models with multiple domains and layers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of implementation.
- Collaborate across Service Management, release management, Core Support and Development and software testing teams.
- Act as a consultant / advisor to others analysts.
