- Job Description Summary :
- PMO Analyst responsible in supporting the successful delivery of projects within Upstream. He / she provides essential governance, reporting, and administrative support to project managers and teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively while adhering to established standards and methodologies.
- Job Description :
- Project Monitoring & Control : Tract project progress, milestones, and deliverables against project plans including identify potential issues, deviations, and risk, and escalate as necessary
- Reporting & Documentation : Prepare regular and ad-hoc project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, financial summaries, and other relevant documentation for stakeholders and management. Maintain organized project documentation repositories
- PMO Process Support : Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of PMO policies, procedures, templates and best practices.
- Data Analysis and Insights : Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project performance
- Risk and Issue Management : Assist in identifying, documenting, tracking, and managing project risks and issues. Follow up on mitigation and resolution actions
- Quality Assurance : Support quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards
- Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data, track KPIs, and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
