Key Responsibilities

Manage daily bookkeeping.

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Team Management

Lead, train, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.

Delegate tasks and ensure effective team performance.

Establish secure and efficient financial control systems.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

Identify potential financial risks and provide preventive solutions.

Financial Planning & Budgeting

Manage company cash flow effectively.

Develop and monitor annual budgets.

Provide financial strategy recommendations to support business growth.

Taxation & Audit

Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting.

Coordinate internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance .

Minimum 3 years of finance experience , with at least 2 years in a managerial role .

Strong knowledge of corporate accounting, taxation, and auditing ( Big Four experience is a plus ).

Proficient in Mandarin (HSK 5) , English , and Bahasa Indonesia .

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
