About The Opportunity

In this role you will be specialising in our Geobank geological data management solution, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Business Development Managers through technical product demonstrations, training, and customer success activities. You will be the bridge between our clients’ geological data needs and our cutting-edge software, ensuring they see the true value in our solutions from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging technical presentations and demonstrations of Geobank to prospective and existing clients.
  • Support the sales process with expert geological and software knowledge.
  • Provide input into sales proposals, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Assist clients during implementation to ensure optimal product usage.
  • Deliver training sessions at Micromine offices, client sites, and remotely.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through customer engagement.
  • Liaise with product development to relay market and customer feedback.

    • About You

    You will have a proven background in exploration geology combined with strong software skills, ideally in geological database solutions.

    Other key skills, experience, and qualifications :

  • Tertiary qualification in Earth Science, Geology, or a related discipline.
  • Ideally experience in geological database software (e.g. Geobank, DataShed).
  • Exploration experience on a mine site.
  • Strong SQL skills (Python an advantage).
  • Excellent English and Bahasa communication skills with the ability to present to senior mining personnel.
