• Support Students : Guide students and ensure they get the help they need for their education.
• Stay Positive : Create a welcoming environment by being friendly and approachable.
• Explain Clearly : Share information in a way that is easy to understand, helping clients know their options.
• Handle Paperwork : Take care of all necessary paperwork for clients to make the process smooth.
