As a Noodle Cook , you will play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience by preparing dishes with care, ensuring food quality, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant.
Requirements : Minimum high school (SMA / SMK) or equivalent education At least 1 year of experience in F&B, specifically in noodle cooking or a similar role Able to read orders carefully and cook according to SOP Understands stock management, FIFO / FEFO rotation, and ingredient requisition process Fast, disciplined, detail-oriented, and a strong team player Responsibilities : Prepare noodle dishes accurately and efficiently according to company standards Follow kitchen hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times Manage stock usage and ensure timely rotation based on FIFO / FEFO principles Coordinate with the team for timely ingredient requisitions and smooth kitchen flow Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and speed of service Our selection procedure in a nutshell : Our interview process is straightforward—just a few conversations with HR and our Users.
