BIM Operator (Civil, Structure & Architecture)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for development of one or more aspect models as instructed by the Civil, Structure & Architecture (CSA) BIM Coordinators.
• Assist Civil, Structure & Architecture (CSA) BIM Coordinators in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the entire project life cycle.
• Create and update Civil, Structure & Architecture (CSA) BIM Models based on Project BIM Execution Plan.
• Produce Civil, Structure & Architecture (CSA) BIM deliverables for design coordination and shop drawings production.
• Identify issues for Civil, Structure & Architecture (CSA) BIM Coordinators where discrepancies or potential clash issue occurs.
• Create REVIT parametric BIM families (CSA) with minimum LOD 400 requirements.
• Ready to be placed at Site Project of PT. Jaya Obayashi located in Karawang Area.
